




Position Summary: A key assistant to executive leadership, responsible for organization, communication, and document management, with a strong focus on ethics and client service. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of the director's schedule and organizational coordination. 2. Preparation of high-level documents, reports, and presentations. 3. Key liaison and mediator, providing client service and supporting Public Relations. • Organization and planning of the director's daily agenda. • Preparation of reports and any other relevant documents, such as presentations or proposals. • Client service with high quality standards and institutional ethics while clients await meetings with the director. • Control, protection, and storage of confidential documentation. • Organization of files and documents. • Mediation among staff to resolve queries and prevent complaints. • Organization and administration of executive communications and coordination of activities. • Management and handling of technological and manual information systems. • Supporting accessibility events and assisting in Public Relations. • Organization of information used in various meetings, such as briefing folders, audiovisual materials, or digital presentations. • Supporting onboarding of new employees joining AdaptA. • Spokesperson between internal departments and external organizations. • Selection and archiving of documents and communications. • Identification of problems and needs. • Anticipating solutions to prevent issues based on available information. • Taking notes of relevant information to create reminders. • Recording of executive-level expenses and developing opportunities for improvement. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: 24–30 years Driver's License: Class A Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
