




Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented team member with data analysis and customer support skills to contribute to decision-making through information management and analysis, as well as to provide efficient customer service. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and process data to generate reports and metrics. Use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to present information and track KPIs. Provide customer support and assistance, delivering timely solutions and following up on requests. Record, manage, and update information in databases. Provide administrative and operational support to the respective department. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of data analysis. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel). Experience or skills in customer support and service. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective communication.
