Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field. Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience). Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic level). Structured cabling (preferred). Router, switch, and network hub configuration. Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers. Replace components, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD WORK. Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical fault requests from users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client. We Offer: Field engineer training.
