Essential knowledge and 6 years of experience in: * Mexican Customs Legislation * Annexes 24 and 30, tariff classification * Trade Compliance and International Regulations * Logistics and Supply Chain * Eighth Rules, IMMEX, VUCEM, VAT Certification, etc. * Knowledge of Logistics (transport scheduling, imports, etc.) * Advanced English Responsibilities: * Operational Management of International Trade * Relationship with Logistics Providers * Financial Control and Cost Analysis * Regulatory Compliance and Trade Compliance * Audits and Corporate Governance * KPI Management and Continuous Improvement * Leadership and Internal Coordination Key Competencies: * Apply Customs Legislation (Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade) * Supervise compliance with Customs Regimes (IMMEX) * Validate Tariff Classification * Comply with Annexes 24 and 30 * Evaluate performance and SLAs * Review and validate invoicing We offer: Direct permanent employment contract with benefits exceeding statutory requirements **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
