Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** **HSE Coordinator** Environmental, Industrial, Occupational Health, Workplace Safety and Health Essential knowledge and 4 years of experience in: * Legal and regulatory framework (NOM\-STPS, international standards ISO14001, ISO45001, OSHAS) * Risk management and prevention * Occupational health Responsibilities: * Establish plans and programs to ensure the health and safety of all internal and external workers. * Monitor safety, health, and environmental indicators. * Risk analysis and prevention. * Regulatory analysis of national and international legal frameworks. * Develop manuals and policies based on legal and regulatory requirements, international standards, and customer specifications. * Support the development and delivery of training programs on safety, health, and environmental topics. * Conduct ergonomic evaluations, posture assessments, repetitive motion analyses, and load-handling evaluations. * Asset security. * Manage internal and external audits. * Handle procedures with STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection, Fire Department, SSA, and SEDE.
