If you wish to grow professionally on housing projects and become part of a strong and growing team, **this opportunity is for you!** **Job Objective** To supervise the operational execution of assigned construction projects, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards, and achievement of established project objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the efficient use of materials and labor, avoiding waste. * Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. * Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. * Identify on-site incidents and propose timely solutions. * Coordinate delivery of housing units for title transfer, ensuring quality and proper documentation. * Address audit observations and ensure compliance with Safety and Hygiene regulations. * Supervise site order, cleanliness, use of PPE, and IMSS compliance on site. * Coordinate post-sale issue resolution. * Prepare and review site-generated documents and progress tracking. * Schedule debris removal and proper waste management. * Support validation of extraordinary or additional work. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * **Education:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * **Experience:** 6 months to 2 years as Construction Assistant or Resident, preferably in housing projects. * Experience in site supervision, quality control, and contractor management. **Technical Knowledge** * Housing construction processes. * Quality control and site supervision. * Safety and Hygiene on construction sites. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction management tools. **General Profile** * Age: 22 to 30 years * Gender: Unrestricted Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
