At Pollux Automation Mexico, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant responsible for supporting the company’s accounting and financial processes, contributing to the proper control and recording of accounting information. **Key Responsibilities** Recording journal entries (revenues, expenses, general journal) Foreign currency transactions recording Expense reimbursements (per diems) Electronic banking management Accounts payable knowledge Electronic invoice validation XML vs SAT review and matching Cost accounting knowledge Accounts receivable knowledge Basic inventory management concepts Payroll knowledge Responding to external auditors’ requests **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Solid knowledge of general accounting and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in accounting systems and software. Basic knowledge of finance, treasury, and administration. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively. Industrial sector experience and familiarity with local accounting and tax regulations are desirable. **We Offer** Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
