Job Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to manage general accounting, revenue and expenditure control, and preparation of financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in general and financial accounting 2. Comprehensive management of revenues, expenditures, and reconciliations 3. Key responsibilities in tax calculation and reporting We are looking for a GENERAL ACCOUNTANT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 hrs. Location: Ejército Nacional, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting * 3 years of experience as a General Accountant * Proficiency in accounting systems * General knowledge of taxation * Experience using SAT’s online portal * Advanced Excel **WE OFFER:** * Starting monthly salary of $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 gross * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Access to sports facilities **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review of biweekly and monthly pre-closings * General accounting (accounting entries) * Control, analysis, and follow-up of bank reconciliations * Control and follow-up of expenses * Control and follow-up of revenues * Preparation and follow-up of biweekly and monthly expense reports * Follow-up and review of invoicing requests * Review and analysis of cash flows * Recording and control of general accounting (Revenues, Expenditures, Journal). * Calculation of federal and local taxes (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings) * Preparation of basic financial statements and bank reconciliations.
