Ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience. Real estate developer responsible for designing, constructing, and marketing residential developments. Age 30 and above Bachelor's Degree / Engineering Degree Experience: 3\-5 years in mortgage loans, financial services, INFONAVIT / title processing **Knowledge:** * Credit application integration and follow-up * Mortgage loans (bank-based, government agencies, INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE) * CRM systems, digital tools, and administrative control * Title processing planning for reserved contracts, monthly follow-up **Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive advisory services to customers throughout the entire home purchase process—from prototype and location selection to commercial terms definition. * Offer professional guidance during mortgage loan selection, application, and formalization, ensuring clear, responsible, and closing-focused orientation. * Assemble, review, and validate customer files, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. * Conduct timely follow-up on credit processing, validations, approvals, and title registration, ensuring prompt advancement of each stage. * Verify compliance with legal, financial, and administrative requirements established by the company and involved institutions. * Assess customer eligibility through document analysis and coordination with internal and external departments. * Contribute to achieving commercial targets and portfolio quality through efficient processes and timely service delivery. * Ensure a positive, clear, and consistent customer experience throughout the entire purchase and formalization process. **Skills:** Ethics / discretion / high level of trustworthiness Results-oriented mindset Productivity Leadership / emotional intelligence **We Offer:** Base salary: MXN 22,000 monthly net \+ commissions Statutory benefits Food vouchers Medical expense insurance Attendance and punctuality bonus Commissions for title processing.
