Verify that billed customers are active in the ICM, SAP, and CRM databases, as well as their credit history, in order to keep the system constantly updated and prevent delays in billing and avoid selling to delinquent customers. 2. Continuously update customer database information regarding legal name, fiscal address, RFC, prices, discounts, cut-off days, and signage by registering them in ICM, CRM, and SAP, in order to expedite the generation of records, shipping guides, and invoices for controlling the commercial process in the District. 3.
