Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and control the tool warehouse by managing inventories, checkouts, returns, and maintenance to ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventories and the flow of tools to optimize operations. 2. Conducts inventory checks and verifies the physical condition of tools and equipment. 3. Organizes storage to maximize capacity and workflow. Ensure efficient warehouse control through proper management of inventories, checkouts, returns, and maintenance, thereby contributing to operational continuity across departments. * Monitor tool inflows and outflows. * Administer tool checkouts and returns to staff. * Maintain up-to-date records in system or logs. * Perform cyclic, monthly, and semi-annual inventories. * Verify the physical condition of tools and equipment. * Generate inventory reports. * Identify shortages and follow up on incidents. * Optimize space utilization and organize storage to maximize capacity and improve workflow efficiency. * Forklift operation (desirable). **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma (technical or bachelor's degree preferred). * Experience: 1 year in warehouse operations, tool and equipment control. * Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. * Flexible working hours availability. **Competencies:** * Honesty. * Orderliness and control. * Responsibility. * Attention to detail.
