Excellent work environment **Human Resources Generalist** At AWA, we are looking for an organized, proactive, and operationally focused individual to join our team as a **Human Resources Generalist**. **Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational staff * Posting job vacancies and conducting interviews * Onboarding and file management (digital and physical) * Preparation and signing of employment contracts * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers in the system * Preparation and oversight of pre-payroll (absences, incidents, vacations, etc.) * Employee support and incident follow-up * Administrative support for departmental processes **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field * Experience in operational recruitment (hospitality industry preferred) * Knowledge of personnel administration * Organization and attention to detail * Availability to work on the island **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Shared housing * Uniform * Excellent work environment Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Gym discount Workplace: On-site employment
