We are seeking a young, enthusiastic, responsible **Hostel–Hotel Manager** with excellent administrative and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the hostel’s daily operations, coordinating staff, managing payments and expenses, attending to international guests, and managing volunteers through platforms such as Workaway and Worldpackers. Ideal for someone energetic, proactive, and passionate about hospitality—who enjoys living near the beach and within a multicultural environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily hostel operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. * Coordinate front desk, cleaning, maintenance, and security staff. * Administrative management: **cash control, payments, income, expenses, and daily/weekly reports.** * Inventory management and basic procurement. * Check-in / check-out and handling of guest requests. * **Manage accounts on Workaway, Worldpackers, and similar platforms:** * Posting vacancies * Selecting volunteers * Coordinating tasks, schedules, and arrivals * Monitoring their integration and performance * Organizing hostel-specific social activities (dinners, games, events, hikes, etc.). * Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensuring cleanliness, ambiance, and safety standards. * Submitting weekly reports to General Management.
