Competencies and Skills * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with pharmacological terminology, routes of administration, and current health regulations. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, empathy toward patients, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. * **Operational Proficiency:** Proficiency in pharmaceutical management software and safety protocols for handling substances. 3.
