### **Telephone Concierge – Hotel Princess (Riviera Maya)** **Princess Hotels & Resorts** **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN THE PRINCESS FAMILY!** * PROFILE: * Gender: Indistinct * Age: 26 to 40 years old * Completed or incomplete education in Hospitality and Tourism, Tourism Administration, or related fields * Advanced English * Experience: Minimum 6 months in the position * Excellent service attitude. * Availability of schedules (Playa del Carmen) * Proficiency in Office software JOB OBJECTIVE: Assist and respond to our guests as accurately and promptly as possible, providing precise and concise information regarding their requests, complaints, and guidance on our services from check-in to check-out; creating and guaranteeing a unique and memorable experience for our guests; ensuring and managing that all activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. FUNCTIONS: Carry out the shift handover process according to the established checklist, ensuring operational continuity and fulfillment of guest service requirements. Answer incoming calls according to standards, providing accurate information and assistance as needed. Receive and transfer guest messages and requests to the corresponding departments quickly and accurately, ensuring follow-up until confirmation of satisfactory resolution. Provide up-to-date information about hotel facilities, operating hours, packages, and services, serving as a reference point for guests throughout their stay. Resolve guest inquiries and, when necessary, refer questions to appropriate staff for resolution, maintaining high service standards at the hotel. Listen attentively to guest complaints and channel them to the relevant department for prompt resolution. Accurately record received calls and actions taken, in accordance with standards and with empathy, for proper follow-up. Make wake-up calls to guests at the requested time to ensure they awaken on time according to their needs and preferences. Follow up, in coordination with involved departments, on complaints or Lost and Found searches, ensuring timely status updates to guests until resolution.
