Guide the delivery team through change adoption, based on newly identified business needs and portfolio demand. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree required 3\+ years of experience working with agile software delivery teams, including: Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role for custom software development. Proven track record of helping teams deliver iteratively and improve over time. Experience leading delivery using Scrum and/or Kanban, with a focus on continuous improvement of flow and team health.
