Its primary mission will be to act as an operational and administrative liaison, ensuring that coordination tasks, agenda follow-ups, and client communications are handled efficiently, freeing up valuable time for strategic departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support to General Management and Project Management: Facilitate the organization of meetings, manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and ensure appointments and commitments are met punctually. * Minutes Taking and Follow-up on Agreements: Document key meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-up on agreed actions, keeping all parties informed. * Interface with Clients and Stakeholders: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and partners, managing communications and inquiries so that executive teams can focus on strategic decisions. * Document and Administrative Management: Organize and maintain updated documents, reports, and files relevant to daily operations. This includes coordinating administrative tasks to relieve General Management and Project Management from operational duties; coordinating with internal departments (IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Maintenance) to ensure project milestones are met. * Direct support to Opening Management and General Management, assisting in the daily coordination of active projects, tracking pending items and consolidating progress; support in preparing reports and presentations, as well as assistance during meetings or calls. **Competencies and Skills:** * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Assertive and professional communication skills in both Spanish and English. * Previous experience in coordination or executive assistant roles within the hospitality or project sectors. * Ability to handle confidential information and multiple tasks with attention to detail.
