Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! **Job Description** * Execute Work Orders from the Preventive Maintenance Program for Steam Generators, Electrical Power Generators, Chilled Water Generators, Reverse Osmosis Units, LP Gas Utilization Systems, and General Electromechanical Systems. * Obtain and transcribe operating parameters of equipment under their responsibility into the corresponding formats. * Perform physicochemical analyses on Steam Systems, Chilled Water Systems, General Services Water Supply Systems, and any other systems related to the equipment under their responsibility. * Ensure that gas supply is carried out safely and properly. * With prior notice to the Shift Supervisor, the machine room operator will carry out necessary corrective actions to maintain values within established and appropriate parameters. * Energy management is a priority within their responsibilities.
