A well-known real estate developer is looking for your talent as: **Construction Site Manager** **Profile:** * 10 years of experience as Superintendent, Construction Coordinator, or Construction Manager in luxury residential developments * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (professional title and license) * Extensive knowledge in construction, structures, materials, and local regulations * Ability to read blueprints, technical specifications, and budgets * Proficiency in specialized software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, NeoData, and BIM * English proficiency: 70% **Responsibilities** **Planning and Organization:** ▪ Develop the project schedule ▪ Ensure all construction phases meet established deadlines ▪ Coordinate necessary material, human, and financial resources **Supervision and Control:** ▪ Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and regulations ▪ Conduct periodic inspections to verify progress and quality ▪ Supervise implementation of safety measures on site **Team Management:** ▪ Coordinate different work teams (architects, engineers, contractors, and workers) ▪ Facilitate communication and conflict resolution among involved parties ▪ Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with agreed terms **Budget Control:** ▪ Monitor construction costs and prevent overruns ▪ Review and approve estimates and payments to suppliers and contractors **Risk Management:** ▪ Identify potential technical, financial, or logistical risks ▪ Propose solutions and contingency plans to minimize impacts **Reporting and Communication:** ▪ Generate regular reports on progress, financial status, and possible delays ▪ Communicate project status to stakeholders or clients **We Offer:** Base salary from $45K to $50K net Statutory benefits Fixed-term employment contract **Work Location:** Tulum, Q.
