Job Summary: Coordinate general maintenance activities, ensuring maximum availability of fixed assets and applying good manufacturing practices. Key Highlights: 1. Achievement of maintenance and quality KPIs **Objective:** Coordinate the activities of general maintenance departments, carrying out tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices within the plant, delivering quality results and maximizing the availability of the company's fixed assets. **Job Responsibilities:** * Organize and schedule maintenance contractors (electricians, HVAC professionals) to perform various tasks across different company areas, ensuring smooth execution without disruptions. * Track the annual maintenance plan. * Schedule and administer work orders. * Manage work orders, communicate with departmental sub-management maintenance supervisors regarding required maintenance work, handle procurement of supplies and materials, and coordinate with external vendors. * Verify that equipment or tools are ready for technicians, track preventive maintenance tasks, and supervise and validate quality control points and maintenance compliance. * Meet KPIs: work order response time, budget management, and customer satisfaction scores. 7\- Follow instructions from the Maintenance Management and General Management. * Maintain clear and frequent communication with contractors, maintenance supervisors, maintenance personnel, and company executives. 9\- Proactively anticipate upcoming tasks to provide exceptional administrative support. **Required Education:** * Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineer. **Experience:** * Maintenance supervisor in food companies. * Budget management experience for the maintenance department. * Maintenance of critical equipment such as chillers, boilers, and electrical substations. * Professional knowledge of industrial and/or commercial refrigeration equipment and machinery. * Analytical ability and self-motivation. **Skills:** * Organization and follow-up * Personnel coordination * Effective communication * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Results-oriented **We Offer** * Weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits (AFORE, INFONAVIT, year-end bonus, vacation) * Profit sharing * 8% savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria (50%) Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Do you have convenient transportation access to the workplace?
