Job Summary: Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring technical equipment availability, and meeting Value Stream KPIs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes. 2. Ensuring technical equipment availability across all shifts. 3. Fulfil Value Stream KPI’s: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time. New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment. Develop process and instructions for processes, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective. **Qualifications*** GDT certification * Experience (3\-5 years) as mechanical process or maintenance engineer * PLC programming is a plus: Allen Bradley, Siemens, MicroLogix. * Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems * CAD design: SolidWorks or other mechanical design software. * Design of electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment. **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
