Responsibilities and Activities * Assist parking customers experiencing issues with damaged, lost, or unreadable tickets, providing prompt and courteous solutions. * Maintain constant communication with the parking control booth and security staff to report incidents. * Guide customers on proper use of prepayment machines, ticket readers, and ATMs. * Assist in refilling prepayment ATMs with change, and keep parking entrances and exits clean. * Keep parking entrances and exits clean by removing trash, debris, or any obstacles affecting operations.
