High-level process design using flowcharts and use cases 2. Development of source code to automate or systematize requirements 3. Handling and resolution of high-impact incidents Perform high-level design of required processes using tools such as flowcharts and use cases, documenting this information in the Cherwell system to propose solutions for departmental requirements, thereby making it available for consultation. Handle medium- and high-impact assigned projects by analyzing departmental requirements and needs, to generate source code in programming languages that automate or systematize the requested requirements. Address high-impact incidents reported by departments, implementing changes to the source code based on analysis of departmental requirements to prevent operational delays. Conduct and document unit and component testing of the developed code, using the design description and specified requirements to identify errors in the developed programs. Prepare source code documentation for the programs, including information explaining functionality and changes made based on the change control requirements requested by company departments, to ensure accurate information is available for future reference. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Keywords: developer, programmer
