Manages communication, workflows, content, and operational strategy for assigned projects. Success is measured by client satisfaction and strict on-time, on-spec, and on-context delivery of digital outputs. **Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business objectives. * Coordinate meetings, deliverables, and tasks among the client, creative team, audiovisual team, planner, and creative direction. * Oversee execution of monthly content calendars according to strategy. * Publish and schedule social media content; perform basic community management (comments, messages). * Identify opportunities to increase average order value: suggest activations, materials, or value-added actions. * Supervise the entire workflow: timelines, formats, folders, responsible parties, and validations. * Coordinate organic and paid strategies (even if not executing them directly, coordination remains a core responsibility). * Showcase Axis’s work to the client, ensuring traceability for every action. * Monitor and coordinate events, ensuring they happen as planned.
