Utilize advanced business analysis tools and methodologies * Fluent Spanish and English * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field * Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI\-PBA) * Minimum 5\-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst * Hands\-on experience with system integration projects and data migration initiatives * Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) * Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and data analysis * Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.) * Familiarity with API technologies, web services, and integration patterns * Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving capabilities * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders * Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills * Detail\-oriented with strong organizational abilities * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Collaborative team player with cross\-functional experience * Prior experience working with offshore development teams * IA Business Analyst Certification is recommended
