Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Stack Java Engineer with Golang to design, develop, and maintain applications, implement microservices, and collaborate on scalable architectures. Collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Full-Stack Java Engineer with Golang **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work model (2 days remote \- 3 days onsite)** **Position based in Guadalajara** **Technical Requirements** * Solid backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred). * Practical knowledge of Golang and/or Kotlin for microservice development. * Experience working with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, schemas). * Familiarity with microservice-based architectures and event-driven patterns. * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Knowledge of CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and automated testing. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java as the primary language. * Implement microservices and backend components in Golang and/or Kotlin according to project needs. * Build and integrate data flows and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka. * Participate in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. * Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. * Create and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation. * Conduct code reviews and promote sound engineering practices. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technical standards. **Desirable** * Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC. * Experience with high-concurrency systems or high-volume data systems. **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll-based employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
