Position Summary: This position seeks a professional to procure materials and services at the best price, quality, and compliance with internal policies, managing suppliers and purchase orders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage supplier onboarding and use of the Oracle portal. 2. Negotiate better pricing and delivery terms. 3. Comply with internal procurement policies. Description **Position Objective:** Procure required materials and services at the best price, quality, and compliance with internal policies. **Responsibilities:** * Manage onboarding of new suppliers and guide suppliers in using the Oracle portal, as well as administer single-supplier forms. * Generate purchase orders for materials and services and track them until delivery and system closure. * Negotiate optimal pricing and delivery terms with suppliers. * Comply with internal procurement policies and procedures for each purchase to achieve established goals and objectives. Requirements **Requirements:** * Recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field * Availability Monday through Friday * Knowledge of Oracle (preferred)
