Job Summary: Coordinate and oversee the launch of new projects and the development of automotive components, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Project management in the automotive industry and aluminum casting. 2. Leadership in launching new projects and implementing engineering changes. 3. End-to-end project management, from APQP through production validations. **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field. **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry, preferably in aluminum casting or die casting. Knowledge: * Aluminum casting / Die casting processes * APQP, PPAP, Core Tools * Interpretation of engineering drawings * Launching new projects * IATF 16949 * Continuous improvement * Management of KPIs and schedules Skills: * Leadership * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Project tracking * Problem solving * Working under pressure Languages Intermediate/advanced English is mandatory. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate new project launches and engineering changes. * Track the development of aluminum automotive components. * Supervise activities related to casting, machining, and continuous improvement processes. * Prepare and update technical documentation and progress reports. * Coordinate activities with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. * Track APQP, PPAP, and customer-specific requirements. * Participate in testing, validations, and production runs. * Ensure achievement of quality, cost, and timeline objectives. * Manage project schedules and status. Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
