Responsibilities: On-site technical support for computer equipment. Equipment customization. Management of liability letters. Incident and request tracking. Inventory control. Required Knowledge: Operating systems (Windows). Office suite. Outlook. Administration. · Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical failure requests reported by users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
