




* Professional studies in Business Administration or related field. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * TRESS system, HR module. * Recruitment and personnel selection. * Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Basic English. * Office software suite. * Minimum 1 year of experience; minimum age of 24 years. ***GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** ***Comply with the Internal Regulations and Code of Ethics of the Medical Center.*** ***Maintain confidentiality of information.*** ***Know and respect patients’ rights.*** ***Participate in reporting near-misses, adverse events, and/or sentinel events.*** ***Know the International Patient Safety Goals.*** ***Participate in training courses.*** ***Know and apply the Medical Center’s protection codes.*** ***Participate in drills organized by the Medical Center.*** ***Know how to operate fire extinguishers.*** ***Participate in measuring process and outcome indicators as established in the Patient Quality and Safety Plan (if applicable).*** ***SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Deliver employment contracts to new hires, register fingerprints in time clock systems, issue ID badges, and introduce new employees to their work teams. * Employee onboarding and reporting in the TRESS system. * Recording incidents and vacation days in the TRESS system. * Compilation and filing of personnel files. * Conduct orientation tours for new employees. * Process resignation procedures. * Address staff inquiries regarding payroll. * Guide workers who suffer a work-related accident. * Distribute meal vouchers to Nursing staff. * Jointly organize, with the UIPC responsible person, risk prevention drills. * Implement agreements reached during Safety and Hygiene Committee meetings. * Verify availability of rooms for training sessions. * Invite staff to training sessions, prepare attendance lists, and issue certificates.
