




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and self-managed Junior Project Architect to design, model, and document vertical housing projects, applying structural and MEP engineering criteria. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and modeling of vertical housing projects 2. Review and coordination of engineering disciplines with structural criteria 3. Mandatory proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD A construction and real estate development company with over 20 years of experience in vertical housing development is seeking new talent as a **Junior Project Architect**. **Minimum Experience:** 1 to 2 years in vertical housing project development **Education Required:** Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Design, modeling, and documentation of architectural projects for vertical housing buildings; capable of developing creative solutions. * Review of engineering projects and interdisciplinary coordination; able to develop architectural structural criteria. * Proactive, self-managed, detail-oriented, with experience in on-site project supervision. * Preferably has initiated and completed at least one full project and has performed full on-site supervision of a construction project. **Knowledge and Skills:** Familiarity with current RCDF Technical Standards (NTC), development of vertical housing projects comprising 100+ units, MEP engineering criteria, and structural criteria. **Revit mandatory**, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Rendering software, and image editing software, **REVIT (mandatory).** **We Offer:** Competitive salary Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday Work location: Las Palmas, Miguel Hidalgo
