Job Summary: Designs, implements, and optimizes maintenance plans, leading technical teams and managing resources to ensure plant operationality and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and motivates technical teams in executing maintenance plans. 2. Manages resources and optimizes procedures for continuous improvement. 3. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and equipment operationality. * **Planning and Scheduling:** Design and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for the entire plant. * **Personnel Management:** Lead, motivate, train, and assign tasks to the technical team, ensuring their competence and goal achievement. * **Resource Management:** Manage spare parts, tools, and supplies inventory; control costs; and prepare budgets. * **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, conduct risk inspections, and implement preventive measures. * **Supervision and Execution:** Coordinate and supervise repairs, inspect facilities, and guarantee equipment and machinery operationality. * **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze failures, identify root causes, implement new methodologies, and optimize procedures. * **Control and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, and manage communication with management and other departments. * **Vendor Management:** Evaluate and negotiate with technical support and spare parts vendors.
