Ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance **Warehouse Analyst:** **Job Objective:** To administratively control and document warehouse movements (raw materials and packaging materials) and finished products, ensuring plant inventory reliability and securing their supply while guaranteeing Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Food Safety, Environmental Protection, and Legal Compliance of our products according to established regulations. **Requirements:** Education: University-level Technical Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Engineering. **Must reside near the Plant (Izúcar de Matamoros)** **Schedule: 8 hours, Monday to Saturday** **1–2 years of experience in:** * Similar or administrative support position involving inventory or warehouse management. * SAP * Warehouse management * Delivery logistics * MRP * MS Office **Responsibilities:** * Execute administrative processes for material receipt and picking (raw materials and packaging), ensuring correct recording of material inflows and outflows. * Supervise accurate completion of all warehouse activity records (checklists, controls, forms, etc.) to ensure all operations are performed per applicable procedures and properly documented. * Receive finished products from production and verify that physical quantities match system entries, ensuring inventory reliability for correct customer supply. * Coordinate cyclic inventory counts to ensure reliability of inventories for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. * Ensure all activities and operations comply with current internal and external policies regarding Safety, Quality, Food Safety, Environmental Protection, and Legal Compliance. * Issue scheduling appointments to organize raw material and packaging material receipts from external suppliers. * Review and supervise loading summaries, as well as ensure correct application of the loading procedure. **Offered:** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund (12%) * Grocery vouchers (10%) * Subsidized cafeteria * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements (30 days) * Profit-sharing * Major medical expense insurance for employee and immediate family members (spouse and children) * Life insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Career development plan * 14 days of vacation Work Location: * Plant located 15 minutes from Izúcar de Matamoros Position Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Up to $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Gym discount * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Are you available to live in Izúcar de Matamoros?
