Prevent losses and guarantee the secure distribution of goods Grupo Gran Bodega invites you to join its team as: Operational Coordinator Objective: Coordinate the loss prevention team; ensure compliance with and adherence to control policies and procedures to protect and guarantee the safety of people, facilities, and company assets. · Requirements: Ages 35 to 45 Bachelor's degree in Criminal Sciences or related field 2 years of experience in the same position · Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with and adherence to organizational policies, processes, and procedures Investigate incidents that negatively impact the business Prevent losses at distribution centers and warehouses Ensure the secure distribution of goods Ensure optimal operation of installed technological devices for prevention Ensure the efficiency of assigned prevention personnel (internal and external) Monitor the applicability and validity of policies and procedures Collaborate with the Human Resources department to establish preventive measures during recruitment, hiring, training, and separation of personnel who commit acts negatively impacting the organization. · We Offer: Monthly gross salary of 16,000 MXN Statutory benefits Meal vouchers Grocery vouchers. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, operative, operational, escort, guard, watchman, security officer, guard, surveillance
