




Position Summary: Analyst focused on the management, analysis, and modeling of socioeconomic and budgetary information to strengthen public policies and results-based management. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in public policy design and results-based management. 2. Development of statistical and econometric models. 3. Technical advisory on Logical Framework Methodology. General Objective Manage, analyze, and model socioeconomic and budgetary information sources using statistical and IT tools to reinforce public policy design, performance indicator definition, and consolidation of the institution’s Results-Based Management (RBM) model. Main Responsibilities and Functions -Data Management: Administer and clean strategic databases to support public policy measurement and evaluation methodologies. -Socioeconomic Monitoring: Maintain up-to-date economic and social indicator dashboards that underpin decision-making. -Technical Modeling: Develop statistical and econometric models to project scenarios and establish institutional performance targets. -Logical Framework Methodology (LFM): Provide technical and methodological advisory support for constructing the Matrix of Indicators for Results (MIR) and Indicator Technical Sheets (ITS). -PbR Approach: Design analytical criteria linking budget execution with achievement of strategic objectives and measurable results. -Technical Advisory: Support various responsible units in correctly implementing the budget cycle and tracking targets. Area Regulatory Framework Methodologies Office Software Requirement General Law of Governmental Accounting and Accounting Harmonization. Logical Framework Methodology (LFM) and Results-Based Management (RBM). Intermediate-Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, logical functions). 4.
