Job Objective: Provide comprehensive technical support to various credit modules, ensuring operational continuity, maintenance, and proper functioning of technological equipment—both on-site and remotely. This includes installation, configuration, and repair of hardware and software; user training; timely response to failures; and continuous support to guarantee efficient use of technological tools, thereby enabling optimal institutional operations. A C T I V I T I E S: • Install and configure technological equipment to be used in credit modules. • Perform periodic maintenance of computer systems and equipment. • Provide remote assistance to users regarding technology usage and operation. • Identify failures in systems, applications, and technological equipment. • Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions. • Develop and implement solutions for any module-related failures. • Replace damaged or faulty components in equipment when necessary. • Request new parts when required. • Maintain an inventory of technological equipment. • Install modules for new branch openings. • Configure and distribute tablets for use in modules.
