Job Summary: We are seeking a Productivity Supervisor to manage frontline staff and increase sales volume through supervision and metric analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and supervises the daily operations of operational staff. 2. Analyzes key metrics to propose productivity improvements. 3. Ensures achievement of sales targets and commercial strategies. BETTER; We are a strategic partner providing nationwide recruitment, training, development, and specialization services for human capital (Sales Force) We are looking for a Productivity Supervisor to oversee the daily management of our frontline staff and monitor performance to increase sales volume A C T I V I T I E S • Supervise and monitor the daily operations of operational staff. • Supervise and monitor the sales team’s performance. • Analyze key productivity metrics (KPIs) and propose improvements. • Ensure achievement of sales targets and commercial strategies. • Generate periodic progress and productivity reports. • Manage promoter staffing. • Address red-flag issues.
