Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation, inspection, and repacking of supplies; order management; inventory control; and delivery of spare parts, ensuring process quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages orders and prioritizes them according to delivery date. 2. Performs preparation, inspection, and repacking of supplies. 3. Maintains the spare parts database and delivers spare parts to Manufacturing. Understand key warehouse performance indicators and identify one's contribution to each. Know the quality policy and the procedures and work instructions related to one's activities. Check daily orders in KITCENTER; prioritize orders based on delivery date / review orders in WASS M2. Prepare supplies according to the required process: labeling, repacking, KIT. Assign tasks and workstations. Pick materials for repacking. Confirm materials and transfer them to the repacking area. Unpack and inspect products. Complete the repacking inspection form. Prepare and inspect new packaging. Repack and relabel KITs. Place materials in the finished goods area. Perform the entry process into the LWREM area. Check TRPACKS in M2. Print STU labels. Apply STU labels. Place materials in the corresponding area. Maintain the spare parts database in the warehouse.
