Ensure proper operational continuity of Information Technology services, minimizing downtime and operational risks. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through monitoring, tracking, and reporting of performance indicators. Manage and resolve critical incidents by implementing corrective and preventive actions, as well as optimizing processes under IT best practices. Administer technical support tools, technological infrastructure, equipment inventories, and vendor relationships, ensuring their proper operation and control. · Requirements: 2 years of experience in this position Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems Customer service skills Valid driver's license · Work Location: IEU Campus Puebla · Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm | Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm · JOIN OUR TEAM!
