Minimum experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions and/or 3–5 years of professional experience. Provide pedagogical advisory support and assistance to teachers scoring below 80 points in evaluations, as well as technical and logistical development of teacher training courses. Monitor candidates undergoing Tlamatini Certification and Puebla–Tehuacán Teacher Categorization processes. Participate in university-established improvement programs and projects. Support evaluation processes for candidates delivering demonstration classes.
