A VALID PROFESSIONAL LICENSE AND OFFICIAL TITLE DOCUMENT ARE MANDATORY. Minimum experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions and/or 3–5 years of professional experience. Technical knowledge: Educational research Teacher evaluation Academic indicator management Academic project design ICT proficiency (G-Suite for Education, Open edX, Zoom) Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Excel proficiency · Main responsibilities · Evaluate teachers and deliver evaluation results to various academic departments, both in-person and online. Provide pedagogical advisory support and assistance to teachers scoring below 80 points in evaluations, as well as technical and logistical development of teacher training courses. Monitor candidates undergoing Tlamatini Certification and Puebla–Tehuacán Teacher Categorization processes. Participate in university-established improvement programs and projects. Support evaluation processes for candidates delivering demonstration classes.
