We seek a strategic and operational profile focused on ensuring proper project execution—from incoming materials and suppliers to final product delivery—guaranteeing high quality and functional standards. Requirements: Experience in quality supervision within the metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial sector HVAC knowledge is MANDATORY (air conditioning) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of logistics and operational processes Leadership and operational team management skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Work philosophy oriented toward excellence and quality Responsibilities: Supervise the operational workflow of projects Validate materials (ductwork), processes, and supplier follow-up Supervise assembly and manufacturing processes of industrial enclosures Coordinate follow-up with procurement and design departments Verify quality standards at each stage of the process Track incidents and drive continuous improvement Maintain occasional communication with customers for technical validations We Offer: Competitive salary Statutory benefits Job stability Professional development Integration into a solid and well-recognized company in the industrial sector If you have industrial quality experience and seek to join a challenging project focused on operational excellence, apply through this channel.
