**IT / Programming / Systems / Development Manager** We are seeking a Programming Manager with experience in coordinating development teams and implementing information security. The candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of programmers (Laravel and Flutter), maintaining web and mobile platforms, and protecting the technological infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the development team (Laravel and Flutter). * Review code quality and apply programming best practices. * Manage cloud infrastructure (Laravel Cloud, Google Cloud). * Implement and oversee information security measures. * Administer team development tasks and timelines. * Conduct change audits and version control. * Provide general technical support and ensure optimal system performance. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with Laravel and coordinating development teams. * Knowledge of Flutter for mobile applications. * Proficiency in managing infrastructure on Laravel Cloud and Google Cloud. * Expertise in information security and data protection. * Leadership and technology project management skills. * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum experience in similar roles. * Personnel management experience. **We Offer:** * Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Salary range: $23,000–$32,000 base monthly, plus PL (year-end bonus, vacation pay, vacation premium). * Direct employment by the company. * Positive work environment. * Job stability.
