**IT company** invites you to join its team as a **Manual Tester**, participating in strategic projects within the **banking sector**, focused on the quality and stability of financial applications. **Work location:** Col. Escandón, MB Nuevo León **Work modality:** 100% on-site **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience as a Manual Tester** in software development projects *(not technical support)*. * Desired experience in **banking or financial sector projects**. * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field. *(Professional title and/or license are desirable)*. * Availability to work overtime when required by the project, with compensation in accordance with applicable law. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze, design, and execute **test cases**. * Plan, coordinate, and execute **functional, integration, and regression testing** for banking applications. * Generate **test result reports and summaries**. * Prepare test documentation (test case matrices, traceability matrices, test strategies, and test result reports). * Manage and coordinate **software testing activities**, ensuring the quality of banking and financial applications. * Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design test cases. * Identify, document, and track **defects** to resolution. * Participate in planning and review meetings, providing feedback on timelines and scope. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and ensure software quality. **General Knowledge** * Databases. * Testing methodologies (ISTQB, CSTE, or others). * Test case design and execution. * **UAT** testing. * Incident and requirement management. * Software engineering and quality methodologies. * Proficiency with **Jira**. **Desirable Skills:** * Test automation (Selenium, QTP, or others). * SQL knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). * Service testing using **SOAP UI**. * Experience in banking digital transformation projects. * Knowledge of cybersecurity applied to banking. **Banking Domain Knowledge (Desirable)** * Banking products and processes (accounts, loans, cards). * Banking regulations and compliance requirements. **Skills** * Quick analysis and comprehension. * Attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and client-facing abilities. * Adaptability and teamwork. * Articulate communication. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * 100% on-site work. **Please apply only if you meet all the requirements.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Application questions: * Are you available to work overtime when required by the project, with compensation in accordance with applicable law?
