Grupo CIPSA Growing metal-mechanical sector company **We are seeking:** **Innovation and Development Designer – Trainee** * Location: Cuautlancingo, Puebla * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **Main responsibilities:** * 3D design of products, components, and innovative solutions. * Tracking and validation of prototypes for new developments. * Preparation of 2D technical drawings (assemblies, parts, welds, exploded views). * Material registration and creation of bill of materials (BOM) in SAP. * Graphic design of packaging, labels, manuals, and instructions. * Development of new purchased components and technical support to production. * Collaboration with various departments such as engineering, quality, and procurement. **Required profile:** Recently graduated students in: Industrial Design Engineering \-/ Mechanical / Mechatronics / Product Development and Innovation / Industrial Engineering (with design focus) Knowledge of CAD design software (preferably **SolidWorks** or similar). Basic SAP knowledge desirable. Creativity, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail.
