Job Objective: Ensure proper administration of the company's financial, material, and human resources, guaranteeing compliance with legal obligations, expense optimization, and business operational continuity.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
Academic Background: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines in the economic-administrative field.
Experience:
2 to 4 years in similar positions (administrative coordination, administrative management, etc.).
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. (Advanced Excel is mandatory for projections and reports, pivot tables, logical formulas.) Knowledge of government procedures and permit management. Budget handling and control. Organized and goal-oriented follow-up.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
1. Financial Management and Expense Control:
Fixed and Variable Expense Control: Monthly monitoring of company expenditures to identify deviations and opportunities.
Payment Forecasting (Cash Flow): Preparation of payment schedules and financial planning to ensure necessary liquidity.
Accounts Payable: Scheduling, execution, and recording of timely and accurate payments to suppliers and service providers.
2. Supplier and Inventory Management:
Negotiation: Identification, evaluation, and negotiation with suppliers to secure optimal credit terms, pricing, and quality.
Inventory Control: Oversight of supplies and materials stock levels to prevent shortages or losses, ensuring timely supply to operational departments.
3. Legal and Regulatory Compliance (Government Affairs):
Permits and Procedures: Responsible for managing, renewing, and maintaining validity of operating licenses, Civil Protection procedures, and other municipal or state permits required for operations in Puebla State and CDMX.
4. Personnel Management:
Team Supervision: Coordination of activities and performance of support staff under supervision (administrative assistants).

We Offer
Salary: $13,000–$15,000 gross monthly, based on qualifications.
Statutory benefits.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Work location: Puebla and CDMX.
Salary: $13,000.00–$15,000.00 per month
