General Assistant (No experience required) Salary $8,000 – $9,000 MXN per month. Job Description Assist in the preparation/maintenance of molds and in plastisol injection or casting to produce high-quality, clean parts delivered on time. Responsibilities: Prepare plastisol (mixing, coloring, material cleaning). Prepare molds (mold release application, filling, demolding, and maintenance). Perform injection/casting and assist in curing (timing/temperature control). Inspect quality (bubbles, flash, color, shape) and perform finishing tasks (trimming/cleaning). Maintain area organization and basic tool/equipment care. Requirements No prior experience required (training provided). Responsible, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Willingness to perform manual labor and follow safety procedures (PPE). If you lack experience, you’ll learn here: Plastisol mixing and pigmenting. Mold usage and maintenance.
