Job Description: Conduct real-time remote monitoring of entry control and personnel across various locations within the state. Maintain a work logbook documenting all observations during working hours. Report Internet provider-related faults and follow up on them. Provide remote and telephone technical support for computer, tablet, and other implemented telecommunications systems.
