Job Objective: Support the execution of warehouse processes to ensure proper handling of merchandise, timely order dispatch, and effective inventory control. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) in economics or administrative fields * 1 year of experience as a warehouse assistant or similar role * Excel proficiency * ERP system experience for managing warehouse inbound and outbound transactions * Inventory management knowledge **Responsibilities and Activities** * Receive and organize merchandise in the warehouse according to storage guidelines. * Review and organize daily cut-off orders and returns to ensure accurate distribution. * Inspect and execute merchandise classification to ensure correct distribution labeling. * Maintain continuous cleaning and organization of the warehouse to ensure area orderliness and order accuracy. * Prepare and assemble orders to guarantee timely and accurate delivery to customers. * Record returns, exchanges, and repairs in the system. * Participate in merchandise inventory execution. **We Offer** * Working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. * Statutory benefits + 30 days’ year-end bonus * Grocery vouchers * Employee discounts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,613.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Experience: * Warehouse assistant: 1 year (Mandatory) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
