Join Enviroenergy! Hydrocarbons Sector Regulatory Compliance Specialist We are seeking a professional with expertise in operational safety and environmental compliance to join our team. Your mission will be essential to ensuring the operational continuity and environmental protection of service stations and clients in the sector, guaranteeing strict compliance with ASEA, CNE, STPS, and PROFECO regulations. Key Responsibilities and Activities: You will be responsible for developing and managing critical documentation and regulatory compliance: * **Regulatory Studies Development:** * **Risk Analysis (RA)** and its periodic updates. * Development and implementation of **Emergency Response Protocols (ERP)**. * Development of **Environmental Impact Studies** (as applicable to the sector). * **Management Systems:** * Development, implementation, and maintenance of **SASISOPA** (Industrial Safety, Operational Safety, and Environmental Protection Management System). * Oversight and compliance with the **Measurement Management System (MMS)**. * **Regulatory Compliance Management:** * Ensuring application of **NOM-005-ASEA-2016** (Service Stations) and **NOM-016-CRE-2016** (Petroleum Products Quality). * Management and submission of the **Annual Operating Permit (AOP)** and other procedures before ASEA and SEMARNAT. * Handling procedures for **Hazardous and Special-Handling Waste**, strictly complying with applicable regulations. * Continuously monitoring applicable environmental and hydrocarbons legislation to prevent non-compliance.
