We invite you to join our team. · TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR · Responsibilities: Verify housing delivery quality to SC and customers Technically assess defect reports Provide feedback to Construction and ETP regarding reported defects Coordinate customer visits to ensure warranty follow-up Supervise contractors and the repair process Receive and approve title deeds for housing units delivered by Production Requirements: Architecture or Civil Engineering degree 4 years of experience in a similar position Experience supervising mass housing construction Experience in customer service, after-sales support, and warranties Proficiency in Office and Enkontrol Customer-oriented attitude · We Offer: Competitive salary Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Excellent work environment Professional development and growth Training programs. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Knowledge areas: Leadership, Quality, Customer Service Keywords: care
